Welcome to my skills log for Editorial and Production as part of my Publishing MA at UCLAN.

In Editorial and Design will be my weekly posts to summarise what I learned in class throughout the year. I have also documented the thought processes behind our two assessments: the redesign of Just So Stories by Rudyard Kipling and the typesetting of The Story of Tracy Beaker by Jacqueline Wilson.

I will be reflecting on the skills I have developed in Photoshop and InDesign, as well as knowledge I have gathered about the publishing industry.
